Atlanta's electric bike specialists. Professional diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for electric bicycles, cargo bikes, and light electric motos — on every brand, not just the ones we sell.
Most shops treat the motor, battery, and controller as a mystery box. For us, they're the whole point. Everything here — the tools, the training, the parts wall — is built around electric bicycles.
Battery health testing, motor and controller analysis, wiring fault tracing. We find the actual problem before anyone spends money on parts.
Our technicians specialize exclusively in electric bicycles and light electric motos — hub motors, mid-drives, and e-moto platforms, every day. This isn't a sideline; it's the entire job.
From electric conversions to frame-up e-moto builds, we design and build machines you can't buy off a shelf — and we service what we build.
Written estimate before work begins. A message when parts arrive. A call if anything changes. You'll never wonder where your bike is.
Torque specs, thread locker, cable routing done right. Every bike leaves with a final quality check and our 30-Day Workmanship Warranty.
We inspect, test, and certify pre-owned electric bikes for a living. If you're buying or selling used, nobody in Atlanta knows the market better.
Ten minutes with a technician, zero dollars. It's for anyone riding an electric bike in Atlanta — whether you bought it from us, from a website, or from a stranger on Marketplace.
What it isn't: a full tune-up, a deep electrical diagnostic, or a repair session. If we find something that needs work, we'll tell you exactly what and exactly how much — then it's your call.
We will never invent a problem to sell a repair. If your bike is safe, we'll shake your hand and see you next time. If it isn't, we'll show you why — on your bike, not on a clipboard.
One complimentary safety check per bike. By appointment or walk-in, whichever gets you here.
Schedule My Free CheckTwelve departments, one standard. Tap any category to see what we do and what it costs. Don't see your repair listed? We'll provide a written estimate before any work begins.
When the problem isn't obvious, guessing gets expensive. We run a structured diagnosis across the electrical system, drivetrain, and chassis, then tell you exactly what is wrong before anyone spends money on parts.
Professional diagnosis for electrical, intermittent, mechanical, or unknown issues. When appropriate, the diagnostic may be credited toward an approved repair.
Scheduled maintenance built for electric. Extra weight and extra speed mean brakes, tires, and bolts work harder than on any regular bicycle.
Brake pad installation labor is included in every package. You pay for replacement pads only if they are needed. Complete includes the Wheelhaus Wash. HAUS Signature includes Premium Detail. Full package details below.
Electric bikes are heavier and faster than anything your brakes were designed around. We adjust, bleed, replace, and upgrade braking systems to match how you actually ride.
Standard replacement pads are included in pad service. Premium or proprietary pads, rotors, and brake kits are quoted separately.
A hub-motor wheel is not a regular wheel. Wiring, torque arms, and connectors have to come apart and go back together correctly. We service standard bicycles, e-bikes, cargo bikes, and select light e-motos.
Pricing varies depending on wheel and motor configuration. Parts are additional. Tell us your bike and we will confirm the exact price before any work begins.
Chains, cassettes, derailleurs, cranks, and bottom brackets. These are the parts that wear fastest on a bike carrying a motor's torque.
Prices are for labor. Parts are additional and always quoted for your approval before installation.
Displays, controllers, throttles, PAS sensors, lighting, wiring, and programming. The systems most shops will not touch are the reason we exist.
Electrical faults with an unknown cause begin with the Professional Diagnostic. Wheelhaus does not open battery packs, rebuild them, repair BMS units, or replace cells.
Sag, pressure, and rebound tuned to your weight and how you ride, plus fork and shock replacement when it is time for better hardware.
Wheelhaus installs and replaces complete forks and shocks. We do not perform internal fork or shock rebuilds. Parts additional.
Buying direct-to-consumer? Have it shipped straight to the shop. We assemble it to spec, torque every bolt, and hand it over ready to ride.
Every assembly includes a full professional safety check before handover.
A real service program for light electric motos, not a bike shop doing its best. Chain and sprockets, suspension, brakes, tires, bearings, and full electrical, by technicians who work on these machines every week.
Wheelhaus services electric bicycles, cargo e-bikes, and select light e-motos. We do not service e-scooters, electric skateboards, OneWheels, EUCs, or hoverboards. Parts additional.
The machine you cannot buy. Conversions, frame swaps, restorations, and frame-up builds, designed with you and built in our shop. Every build is unique, so every build is quoted on its own terms.
Every custom build begins with a complimentary design session. There is no consultation fee.
Cannot get your bike to us? We will come get it. Built for cargo bikes, non-running bikes, and anyone without a way to haul seventy pounds of electric bicycle across town.
The first 10 miles are included. Beyond 10 miles, add $2 per mile for each one-way leg.
Racks, fenders, lighting, child seats, cargo hardware, and cockpit parts, mounted and safety-checked. An accessory bolted on wrong is worse than no accessory at all.
Small covers mirrors, bells, phone mounts, grips, pedals, saddles, and bottle cages. Standard covers racks, baskets, fenders, lighting, and cargo accessories. Anything bought here that takes under 15 minutes goes on free.
Three packages, honestly scoped. Most riders on a regular schedule choose the Complete Tune-Up. If your bike is your daily driver — or it's been a year — start with HAUS Signature Service.
Brake pad installation labor is included in every package — you pay for replacement pads only if they are needed. Package prices cover labor; replacement parts are quoted and approved before installation. E-moto service is priced separately.
Book online or walk in. We log your bike, your concerns, and how you ride — it all goes on the ticket.
A technician inspects the bike and, where needed, runs electrical diagnostics to find the real problem.
You get a written estimate with parts, labor, and timeline. Nothing happens until you approve it.
We do the work to spec, test it, and quality-check every system before the bike leaves the stand.
You get a message the moment it's ready, a walkthrough of what we did, and a bike that rides right.
Every repair and service we perform carries our 30-Day Workmanship Warranty. If something we worked on isn't right, bring it back and we'll fix it — no charge, no debate. That's the whole policy. (Used bikes bought here are covered separately by the Wheelhaus Certified 90-Day Warranty.)
Every completed repair also receives a complimentary basic cleaning before pickup. It is the Wheelhaus standard, not an add-on. And any accessory purchased here that takes under 15 minutes to install goes on free.
